Poochie Requirements 

All Guests Must be Spayed or Neutured   

 All Guests Must be current on all Vaccines, including Bordetella (kennel cough), Rabies, DPP given a minimum of 14 days in advance

All Guests must be free of illness a minimum of 14 days prior to check In 

All Guest Must be on Heartworm and Flea and Tick preventative   

 All Guest are requested to stop in for personality assessment for Cage Free Stay***** 

All Guests must fill out the forms listed on our Forms page 

First time Guests must register during normal lobby hours as it takes extra time to register for your first visit. We also have questions that might require a call to your veterinarian. 
 **** Because of our high standards to provide the SAFEST and BEST care that we can for our guests we strictly adhere to the following policies: We recommend all first time guests come in for a free personality evaluation. Because we are cage-free, we cannot board known biters, dogs that are known to be agressive or dogs with medical or physical issues that might make a cage free environment uncomfortable for them or our other guests. We understand that all dogs get snappy when frightened or agressive when they feel threatened. We do not hold that against any baby. However we must recommend a gated facility to those who bite on a regular basis or are violently agressive with little provocation and do not self soothe quickly for the protection of all guests.   We reserve the right to be the final decision makers as to which guests may or may not fit in to our cage-free environment. If you choose NOT to bring your baby in for a free evaluation prior to your reservation, we reserve the right to determine cage-free suitability at check in****

There are no extra charges for inside individual play ever. We administer oral and topical medication at no additional charge!
99.9% of our Pet Parents are very comfortable with our TWO  indoor Porch Potty Relief Stations. If a Pet Parent is uncomfortable with our indoor relief stations, we can schedule 3 daily outdoor relief walks. Click here for a photo of Porch Potty.

 We will drive guests to appointments, pick up and deliver to your home, etc.  Airport Shuttle  transfer of guest will take place at the cell phone lot in front of the  Hotel on Memphis International Airport Property. Airport Shuttle must be prearranged and prepaid. We are happy to monitor your flights arrival time!

You are welcome to bring personal items for your baby WITH THE UNDERSTANDING that we are indeed cage-free and your items could possibly be marked (peepeed on by another guest) or chewed or played with by another guest. If your baby sleeps in a specific bed or kennel, please bring it and the bedding so they can have the comforts of their own home. We do have a washing machine and if your baby's items are washable, we will wash them if they have become soiled.

Check In and Out Check In and Out is 7AM until 7PM.Late Check out between 7PM and 10PM available with appt. arranged at least3 days in advance for a $10 fee.  For Security and so as not to disturb our guests, doors will not be opened after 5 PM except for emergencies or scheduled Check in or Check out.  All babies not checked out by 10PM will be considered over night guests and charged for the additional night.
